Individual sound healing session utilizing crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, and koshi chimes for relaxation, anxiety, release of stuck energy, experience, and emotion. Sound healing works on a level that talk therapy sometimes can't reach. Using instruments like crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, koshi chimes, and drums, each session is designed to help your nervous system settle, release energy that's been stuck, and create space for something to shift. It's a deeply restorative experience that meets you wherever you are, physically, emotionally, and energetically. People come to sound healing for all kinds of reasons; stress and burnout, anxiety, grief, difficulty sleeping, or simply a need to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with themselves. No experience is necessary, and no two sessions feel exactly the same. Just show up, breathe, and let the sound do the work.
